You may have heard that they "want" Manu, but that doesn't mean . Last I checked Manu is still under contract with the Spurs, and even after his terrible overall performance against NO and LAL, there is no one the Cavs could offer the Spurs (short of LeBron) that would make the Spurs make that deal.

Manu Ginobili will be a Spur next season...you can take that to the bank.

we dont need to trade any of the big 3. Just get the right pieces to complement them and we can be sure they are always gonna be in championship contention. The Spurs have a very good system and they are not like other teams who rely on individual talent

Loyalties aside, that'd be a fearsome combo for the next 8 years. TP+LeBron. Ian in the middle, Bowen then Ime on defense and Barry + some other 3 point shooters. Spurs would have the money to go after a big time young FA with the lure of the next Dynasty.

The Spurs would have gone from aged back to young Elite within a year without years of rebuilding.
