Absentee votes are legal votes. It's normal to count them.
States have 35 days to certify presidential elections. The Electoral College meets six days after that, that's the real election.

22% of the vote in Michigan is early voting when it likely will be about 55% overall. Dem strongholds in Georgia and PA either slow or won't count until tomorrow. In other words, the missing votes are probably Biden.

If Biden and Trump hold serve with their parties and split the non-registered voters, Biden will win PA by over six figures.
In GA, the trends favor Biden since most of the outstanding votes are going to come from Dem strongholds.
The Pennsylvania situation is also happening in WI and MI, many outstanding mail ins to be counted that are majority democrat.
