I think UKR is 2-4 weeks from seriously pushing RUS out of its territory.
Putin's yes men are not telling him how bad it is, and won't until it becomes obvious that they are losing.
RUS has not changed a thing from their initial tactics, and keeps reinforcing failure.
Their biggest problem is that they never really commit enough force in any one place to accomplish their mission, even now. The deaths in general staff and below mean that, absent a functioning NCO corps, that will never get fixed.
RUS will continue to piss away its troops, and UKR will keep training and replacing. UKR actually has more regular troops in country that RUS does now, and that differential will keep growing. UKR replacements are motivated, and they are taking the time to train them. RUS troops are neither.
