Players like Kiwi and Mills will never reach full potential as long as Pop coaches.
It just so happened Parker, Gino, and Duncan could grow, but you can see the weakness of their respective games as evidence of this lack of full potential.
If they weren't on the Spurs, individually, as is, they'd be riding the bench.
