Isn't it funny how every time Duncan scores big the spurs undoubtedly lose? I miss seeing Duncan score alot of points and us winning gutsy wins.

Parker was not playing. Manu left in the 1st quarter. I know you guys lost Dampier but Gooden was huge for your team.

Carlisle is one of the good coaches in the NBA, but this is ridiculous. How many times are they gonna do a pick n' roll with Dirk and Terry before we decide to adjust ?

I'm not saying Pop is a bad coach ... he's obviously a great coach, but he took some obviously stupid decisions tonight.
Turnovers really killed us - and that's most likely the result of not having Tony on the floor. Man - this season started so good and I was so pumped - now I am depressed and can hardly watch a whole game unless it's a blow out. The Spurs just can't close out games the way they used to.
On another note - the Suns were the 1st team to 10 wins - and the Spurs have only PLAYED 9 games. I hate the NBA and the Refs and Dirk and Mark Cuban and the announcers - have I missed anybody?

No one outside of Dice proved themselves to be potential crunch time performer today.
Hill scored some, but he made rookie decisions on both offense and defense, and didn't know where his best player was.
At the moment RJ's effectiveness is a big question mark. He's aggressive, but hasn't gotten results outside of the Manu led team those two games.
So far his usefulness just feels weird.
The real loss here is Manu and TP.
Back to backs coming... no Manu and TP... TD was injured already earlier this season.
Injuries are playing a role already, and it's only Mid-November.
although the Spurs lost, one positive I found from the game is that Dice can sometimes stay with Dirk's multiple pivot moves and get a block from time to time
That's why you can't take this too seriously. It is time to quite screwing around with the lineup and run some early plays for Dice.
We ing beat your team without Tim or Tony already and our team didn't even have Tony or Manu this game. If our team is in trouble then your team is definitely in trouble.
This is promising for a lot of the 2nd/3rd yr. guys. They held their own against a fairly tough albeit weakened Dallas team in Dalllas.
