Olandis Gary went to Georgia. You're thinking of Cleveland Gary.
Next week will be the best week so far this season for HF's to roll.
Home on the left
Cinncy vs Jax
Cleveland vs TB
KC vs Jets
Seattle vs Oak
Niners vs Rams
Now add the Colts totally embarrashed now on MNF at the Giants.
Olandis Gary went to Georgia. You're thinking of Cleveland Gary.
BTW, the big schools wanted Faulk as a DB. Curtis Johnson, now Tulane's head coach and previously the Saints WR coach was an assistant at San Diego State at the time and also a New Orleans native. He recruited Faulk as a RB to the SDSU.
No well aware of Cleveland Gary, I simply couldn't remember and don't Google.
Thanks man, all these years I always wondered how a guy with his talent from the south ended up way out here.
Ok, this was England's first morning/afternoon game.........so I am sure the NFL games were available yesterday to everyone in England....for free. So what happens every game scores up to 100 pts..,......really NFL, et tu.
If ever there was a stupid idea, there it is. American football in England, yep...stupid!
The game without anyone in the stands growing up around the game is big. Football is part of our culture here in the USA, over there it's just a TV show.
The Steelers were 2-2 and losing to Tampa Bay, so much for the first month of a season. , the Colts were also 2-2. There is a message there, don't freak out over every week/game....ok?
Hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm?
It gets easier, mmmmk?
I started off -330, here I sit plus 150. Yep, it gets easier!
You can always tell the rookies.
It's great, I can't wait for a franchise to arrive here within the next 10 years.
It's not going to work. What free agent wants to move his family to London? And if anyone thinks flying from London to Califrornia then back to London then back to Denver then back to..........nay! It's a stupid idea.
Here I sit, a former HS footballer, most my friends played HS football. Here we also sit waiting to see who the final 4 are in the college game while some are watching a son, some relative play HS football. We see none of this over there. The game isn't a huge part of the culture there, it's just something they see on tv. There is no history/tradition pertaining to the game, no football trophies on the mantle, no scrapbook.
Here we are talking football, some like myself can go back to the days of Beattie Feathers the games first 1000 yard rusher (averaged over 9 yards a carry) what Brit can do that? They simply don't really get the game and once the novelty wears off...........
I understand your point on the travel and family etc. but you'd be surprised how many die-hard NFL fans there are in this country and that number is rapidly growing. NFL gets more tv time here now than pretty much any sport other than soccer and rugby. Every single London game that's been played here has been sold out also, suggesting that a franchise would get a lot of support..
A few games a year is a whole other thing than 8** games. Now add what if the team sucks, which they will early on. Will the Brits support a loser? Right now there are no real emotional ties, nobody really caring too much about winning/losing. Once it becomes...their..team that will change. So what happens when the London Redcoats are going 2-14, 4-12, 4-12 after three years, will they still be supporting their.....loser?
** more like 10 with preseason.
Flying to London over a preseason game? Flying from London to Seattle over a preseason game?

Since the first month of 2013, the Steelers have gone...13-7, the Colts 13-7, but one was perceived to be a legit SB contender the other wasn't even thought about.

If I'm the Redskins I go with McCoy until he proves he can't hang, to play like he did in his situation,....outstanding!

Biggest upsets so far in 2014 since we know what we do now.
Redskins beat Cowboys
ans beating Chiefs
Dolphins beating Pats
Bears beat Niners
Rams beat Seahawks
he'll come back down to earth. dallas reverted to the cowboys we all know and love tonight.
The Cowboys can't get up for MNF for some reason having gone 6-14 since 1980. Next week will be the true reading when they face the Cardinals.
McCoy did great considering the situation. At his age there is no need to see him do anything but improve.
Raiders 15.5 dogs, wow!
