I think it's just 1 first round pick, but becomes.less protected over time. Is that right?
Spurs should do everything they can to do a trade with Memphis. Give them Bertans and Mills or something. Adding Carroll, Iguodala and Murray coming off the injury would be a decent offseason

Free agent Bobby Portis has agreed to a two-year, $31M deal with the Knicks, agent Mark Bartelstein tells ESPN.
Can’t trade away three straight 1s any way, right?
Randle, Taj Gibson and Portis.... damn Knicks, don't sign every superstar.
The Lopez bros unite
Mario Lopez and Luigi Lopez
Yes. Sounds like one #1 instead of three. That makes more sense given the money handed out to russell.
green will announce it here https://www.instagram.com/yahoosportsca/
DG is live now but the signal is ty. doesn’t seem like he’s gonna announce anything tonight...
Return of LDN
DG said he’ll hit up the host when he’s somewhere with better signal.
At least the Knicks know the right size of player to stockpile.
wow, GS unloaded Iggy
talk about loyalty
Denver maxed out Jamal Murray for $170Mil
The Knicks signed 3 PF's. LOL
it fits great with their 5 PG's
If bought out by Memphis. Probably.
its whatever the owner is willing to pay. denver was already planning to operate above the cap for the foreseeable future, tbh
Alright, just read through this thread, pretty amazing day of moves so far.
What do you guys think about Kawhi's destination. It's looking like for him it's coming down to either the Lakers or Raptors right now, and I'm getting worried that it might be the Lakers. If he chooses the Lakers, the Spurs should have traded him there in the first place so that they didn't end up with AD too. ing if that happens. That's really going to piss me off if it goes down like that.
Also, as another poster mentioned, the meeting with Magic (if it really was requested) is interesting from the real estate angle since Kawhi's management group has a real estate background. That looks like it could be a legit angle to get to LA, and get into the real estate game too as well as winning rings on top of that.
I would assume the Clippers are out of it since there doesn't seem to be anyone of note left for him to team up with there? Maybe he was waiting for all this to shake out with the other top free agents to see what team could be the strongest if he signs there. Would have been a super smart move if he's done/doing that right now.
Raptors also look good with some of the other teams thinning out and overpaying players. I think Raptors and Lakers look like they both might have the best chance of winning if he signs with either team. What do you guys think?
Iggy will probably sign with the Lakers once bought out just to piss the Warriors off.
This is what I said a while ago in another thread.
With so many teams striking out in Free Agency, I wonder if that opens up a market for a DeRozan trade. Not even sure what type of package he could get back from teams who got nothing today.
