Quotes from DT Myron Charles of Port Charlotte, FL after flipping to Texas (247):
"It was the way they were recruiting me," the 6-foot-4, 295-pound Charles said. "They were one of my later offers but even though I was committed to FSU, it seemed like there were doing more than every other school. They just did more and I wasn't committed to them."
"I like the way he plays the defense there," Charles said. "Just the weapons and the way they are going to be when I am there. Offensively, they are very strong. I know they plan to build the defense around me."
"They have a strong offense so they are going to build a strong defense with that."
"It's just his (Coach Baker) coaching style and the things he's done and the things he is going to keep doing," Charles said. "It's the type of man he is. It's things like that."
"I saw a dominant offense and a dominant defense," he said. "They coached the players and they knew what they were doing. It feels good going to play SEC ball. It's exciting."

I don't see why Texas wouldn't pursue since they were runner-up to FSU, but a potentially huge development here.

As of today, Hamilton at OTF says Texas would "absolutely" take Hilson.
Not sure why the info has changed again, but OTF confirmed today that Mbatchou will be in Austin for the UTSA game on Saturday.
Per OTF, DE Javion Hilson from Cocoa, FL is already speaking with the Texas coaches about a date to get back to Austin.
