Looks exciting. However, the excitement stops a few hours into using a tiny analog stick to maneuver and aim precisely in a 360 degree 3-D environment. So. Frustratingly. Limited.

It is EXTREMELY dissapointing. Does not live up to the legacy that is ET:RTCW.

As for the person who talks about Orange Box vs. Halo 3 vs. CoD4.

1) Buy TF2 for your PC - do not insult it like that. That will be the only PC game I buy for the rest of the year.

2) Halo 3 == DM game ... period. You can't compare it to CoD4.

3) CoD4 == MP GotY. Hands down, it is very deep if you look at the guns and perks, but the thing that wins me over is the hardcore mode. I cannot wait for that ...

ahh, i only played RTCW briefly. it was fun, i was still into quake 3 classic ctf at the time. i do have a good time playing the quake wars demo though, i may make it my first pc game purchase since jedi knight 3.

ahh, i only played RTCW briefly. it was fun, i was still into quake 3 classic ctf at the time. i do have a good time playing the quake wars demo though, i may make it my first pc game purchase since jedi knight 3.

RTCW >>> every game ever. i played that for 3 years straight and only stopped playing it because the server i was so used to playing on stopped running.

As for H3, went and got my copy last night ... started the campaign for a little, then tried a ranked match. I have to customize the sensitivity some more, it feels like G.R.A.W. 2 in first person with how fast it moves.

I already have GH3 reserved, but I'm waiting on the bundle for Rock Band, the one that comes with the guitar, drums, mic and game. Gamestop has it listed for $199. But that's probably gonna change.

pre meditated buyer's remorse. i had the money. the card was smoking, but i had doubts. there was 6 to 7 of them laying out, then i looked over and saw metroid. boy, it was tough. i can only imagine the look on my face when i spotted them.
