Clippers are lucky that last 3 by westbrook rimmed out, though. That was halfway down. They still barely survived game 4 at home, and have to go play game 5 in OKC. So overall, OKC still appears in good shape - just with a needlessly extended series.
I understand the Ibaka tip in wouldnt have counted, but the fact is he thought it was still a live ball, he is now 0 of 4 in easy tip ins at the end of the game.
MethKC was equally lucky that CP3 missed free throws and took an uncharacteristically re ed shot down the stretch in Game 3, so we're even, tbh....
They almost made JVG look horrible there...he was claiming OKC "absolutely has to foul here" on the Clippers' final possession...but it turned out that not fouling was the right decision, having a potential 3 for the win and tip-in to tie.
Just because the Clippers played it stupidly and Griffin missed, it doesn't make it a correct decision..
Even if the Clippers had waited and took any desperation shot that even grazed the rim, it's game over..

Glad I actually stuck with game all the way through. Almost changed the channel. Way to go Clips! One of a comeback and it being at the expense of OKC makes it that much better.
The 2 worst type of losses you can experience in this league is losing at the buzzer or blowing a big lead of 20+. OKC's obviously had what you call a horrible loss.
Best kind of win is when you blow a 25 point lead but still eke the game out, like Game 5 vs the Lakers in 03. s were so deflated by not stealing that game that Duncan stuck a 28 point loss on them on their own floor the next game.
