Spanoulis main job is be first score option of Greek national team yes but I think he more like be point guard and run offense and be defender. I think he like best when he play on Maroussi team. He have job of run team and make play and play hard defense. He lead team in scoring true but I think he like this role more of run team and play hard defense.
I think if he starting point guard of nba team I see more like similar to Nash with Dallas 12-14 point 8-9 assist but only with much much better defense much better by many time. 20 point? Spanoulis not selfish enough I think for this.
lol ok KillBill with enough minutes, then Spanoulis should have 8-9 assists and at least 15 ppg. I see him as a slashing playmaking guard like D. Wade. I think he should score a lot of points with his speed and penetration. All he needs is experience and playing time if he's as good as his billing.
I see before the nba game where Bob Sura play with Rocket team. You know him? he seem have injury problem. I think take him and Spanoulis similar player. Spanoulis shorter than him but much stronger and he also faster. Spanoulis like him but quicker and faster. Also Spanoulis can play every game almost of all season. He never get injure except couple time.
i think how this Sura play but quicker and stronger, this like Spanoulis. I not know why Van Gundy treat him so bad. Greek fan expect him play because he similar to this Sura who start with same team. Difference i think Spanoulis much stronger.
Wade not have same skill with basketball Spanoulis have. i think Spanoulis much more dribble and pass skill much better court vision. Also much better shooter. But Wade is player that is bigger and have longer arms. wade always try dunk. In Greece player teach that dunk hurt knees and hand.

man... why all the hating on Scola?? No, he's not one of the top-tier PF's or anything... but he is a VERY GOOD power foward in the NBA, and it's only his first season. Give the guy his props.
