Well, I think you have to see all the facts first before you decide if it's no big deal. People go to prison or are permanently declared sex offenders for such behavior to this day. It's a big enough deal that the NBA has start investigating. It certainly has the potential to be much worse than the Primo situation. I mean, rich people get away with more stuff than the regular joes, but if facts are bad enough, no guarantee he's in the league in a year.

Man, Giddey is probably the softest player I've ever seen in the NBA. I'm not saying a bad player, just really soft. He's 6'9" and hardly ever dunks the ball. Everything he does is just really soft around the basket. Layups, floaters, finger rolls.. Kinda reminds me of the Iceman. Soft doesn't mean bad.

Yes. Being unaware of her legal age isn’t a legal defense. He could later go back and sue the club for damages, but that wouldn’t undo the conviction for statutory rape. It’s his responsibility to determine her legal age.
