Yes
No
It's not all about health though. It's that Manu is a damn good player and the Spurs were visionaries.
Who were the other two? Off the top of my head, I'd guess Boozer for one, but he might have gone above 45. Same with Arenas, Millsap, and Michael Redd.

20 Points, 6-9 3PT FG.
This thread needs to be bumped every time Manu does the "unthinkable" (score 20 points or more).
TBH I won't pick on Ginobili much in the foreseeable future because he's clearly been on the up and up and proved that he can shake off the rust. Even if he has a couple of poor shooting nights/sub-20 games here or there I won't bump this thread imho
Like I said before I only tell it like it is and I have no problem giving that old bag props when he produces. Right now, it's clear that he's slowly but surely getting back to his optimal form.
Now, if Gino somehow gets severely injured in the future (knock on wood) and comes back with large strings of TOSB-esque sub-20 games, well, refer to post #110![]()
Bump!
#20 scores 20 "magically"
I tried google. I failed. Who are the other two of curiosity?
ter McGee
Not sure if there are only 3.
B'ball reference shows the following in a quick search - Jerome Kersey who was selected 45th in 1986 and played 1076 games. Then there are Chris Dudley (drafted 75th in 1987 and played 886 games) and Hot Rod Williams (drafted 45th in 1985 and played 887 games)...
and of course there were a few undrafted players as well.. quickly from memory - Avery Johnson and Ben Wallace. There must be more.
Hey may have gotton 20 points in a quarter if Pop let him play more ...

do you really have to write your name at the bottom of the comment if we can clearly see who wrote it?
yes. I do. Normally I would write Sincerely before it, but I am trying not to make waves.
Sincerely,

All around good game by Manu tonight! 22/5/6/STL on 7/12 shooting. How many times does that make since the birth of this tread that Manu has scored 20+? Eh, I'll look it up later...
On a related note, TP was a beast out there today. Easily top 5 best game he's ever had, imo!
don't worry. If Manu continues to get these he'll retire at the end of the season.
this game doesn't count nobody missed
23 points in 23 minutes always counts
Mine was a fact, you were just bull ting.
Pop wouldn't want to play him 9 more minutes per game because? Yeah right ... to limit Manu stat per game to keep his contract low
I do not claim to know Pop's thoughts, that is why I called your post bull ting, whatever the reason... facts are facts, yours are not.
