Nikos: I have followed the spurs since their first year and yes I do not like Pop and the conservative spur management approach. Other than drafting Parker and Manu which were excellent selections they have filled the team with weak players that are either over the hill or have never been much to begin with.

Good thing the spurs have one of the best players in the league in duncan who keeps them winning enough during the regular season to give their fans a little hope each year because i have no faith that Pop and crew can get any talent vis trade or free agency.

I haven't seen any trades by this gang other than 1 year rentals D Anderson, Claxton, Hedo and the Rasho bust which was their big free agent. The one that was suppose to be a max player who everyone here talked up for the better of two years.

I don't think there's been a septic system on this Earth that's been nearly as full of as you are. Yeah, the front office sucks except that they drafted an All-Star at #57, a borderline All-Star at #28, and got those guys locked up for the rest of the decade. And then they found another guy who's likely to make the All-Rookie team this year at #28.

Via free agency, they only managed to find an All-Defense first-teamer for peanuts.

I mean, at some point, even though Popovich is your mortal enemy, you just need to recognize it is time to shut the up. When the team is recognized as the NBA's model franchise, and it is at the cusp of establishing a dynasty, it's probably a good time.
