Terrible quarter by both teams. Nervousness. The game will improve (it can't get worse!).

Manu is clearly still struggling for fitness and footspeed, but somehow he's making himself effective most of the time.
Good start to the quarter not giving up a run with Timmy and TP on the bench. Now time for those guys to come in and do some damage.
This lineup looks ragged -- straight up JV (besides Manu who is savng their arses)
Manu is admittedly not passing as well as he can right now, but it's timing, not a need to work on his passing. He's still working up to NBA speed.
When he's totally fit he is one of the best passers in the game, as we have seen over the last 5 years.

Crazy to say this but Spurs look way more athletic with Mason driving the lane and Bonner grabbing boards/D-ing up West. Nw if we could just get some fluidity on offense in a hurry...
