Starting is the hardest part. You're out of shape, so you're not going to have the energy and drive in the beginning, you just have to make yourself. I would try writing down your goals in the morning then marking them off as the day goes by. That helps make them more "real" and kind of guilts you into doing it. Just think of it as an extension of your daily work that you have to do. Once you 2 or 3 weeks in you'll start to really feel better and have much more energy.
Also, as many people have said on here, eating correctly will significantly increase your energy. Fatty, greasy food are just going to make you feel lazy and lethargic. Stick with it and don't just accept it as the way you will be for the rest of your life. Good luck!

) and going at least 4 times a week and about an hour a session isolating muscle groups (ie biceps, triceps, chest etc on seperate days). First year i got up to 180 without gaining any fat which was a noticable gain in muscle but for the amount of work i put in i didnt think it was crash hot.
