This fool really jinxed us...Yao faded away in the second half...and...that's all folks.
I have a serious advice for you: Stop taking drugs, your mind is already damaged.
Even as a Mavs-fan I have to say that this is bull . Yao better than Timmy? Never happen.
Looks like another first round exit, way to not totally yourself.
honestly I think the rockets will make the second round this season, they won't go any further than that though. After being swept in the past two consecutive seasons, the coin is very likely to turn out the positive side this time for the rockets.
The Trial blazers are a very good young team which is very potential and talented, I expect this team will become a franchinse in the west in 2-3 seasons, but this season they should have some mercy for the rockets.
There's just no beating Portland in Portland. ing refs mutate into Blazers fans in that building. There's not enough digits to count how many times Roy got bailed out with insane calls in that building this season. And they have HCA. And to be honest, the Rockets are not really that much of an experienced team either. I hate to read tlong takes, but I just don't see Houston winning that series (I wouldn't mind if they prove me wrong though, I like that Houston team).
give him a break bro, he is just "half english" as he once claimed.![]()
Hmmm, I never though I'd see the day but I do somewhat agree with you.
Since we are being realistic, lets be realistic. I'd be happy just to make it to the 2nd round. Rockets have inexperienced point guards who are inconsistent as . It's no wonder that Morey spoke to Prignoni and Bourousi or whatever the his name is. Morey already said that the Rockets are good but not elite yet. Elite was a healthy Celtics team with Garnett. Elite is the current Lakers and the Cavaliers. Everyone else is a has been. The Rockets might have been elite had we gotten a healthy T-Mac instead of the gimp we had for the first half of the season. That's not to say that an elite team can't choke. Yes they can. That's why everyone wants to avoid the Lakers till the finals to give them the best chance of an upset.
Morey wants the Rockets to have a bigger more imposing front line. He is going to try to get an elite guard in the offseason. That being said, here's hoping the Rockets get to the WCF and may lightning strike again!
yao faded or the ing team wouldn't follow the game plan?
yao gets fronted...
swing ball around to other side...
yao gets ball...
they did that like 1 time in the 2nd half...
instead it was artest attempting an entry pass when yao is fronted. artest sees that the pass isn't open. then artest decides he has to take it upon himself to take a bad shot rather than move the ball around. so ing frustrating...
Yea it is frustrating and it isn't all Yao's fault, what happened to the plays early in the season that helped us beat the fronting? Why not put 4 shooters around Yao on the 3pt line and stick him in the middle like Rudy-T did with Hakeem? The guy had no room to operate because we need a 3pt PF shooter like Horry was to open of the floor and make teams pay for fronting. We should have put Artest at the 4 in the 4th with Brooks, Barry, and Battier with every possession going through Yao.
I saw them try that a couple times last night, it just tired Yao out because he can't out quick other centers to the other side of the floor.
Rockets flat out need athletic 3 point shooters. Someone like Reggie Miller but oh well. how about Jason Kapono? Nash? Wafer is pretty decent but he needs to improve his defense and we need a better point guard.
