I don't think it should be a flagrant. But pushing someone out of bounds with a hard shove? It's cheap play.
It's one thing to foul hard when they're going up for a score; it's another thing to give someone a shove going for a ball near the sidelines.
Barnes wasn't even going for the ball... it's pretty obvious he just ran up to KG and shoved him.
