I dunno man. That site comes off as one big advertisement to buy his hemp product. It looks like hemp protein is a really good higher-quality organic protein. Whey has been around forever though. Professional athletes/bodybuilders with thousands of dollars to pay top level nutritionists/scientists haven't gotten them off whey. That bloated gut the roided out bodybuilders have isn't from whey, it's form HGH.

If Hemp was so much better than whey, and whey caused so many problems mentioned on that site, I seriously doubt whey would still be touted as such a staple in the workout community.

That's true, because it is. I don't doubt the veracity of the claims within though. Just worth googling hemp vs. whey maybe. There's a healthy debate on all sorts of sites and bodybuilding forums. Worth checking out is all. Maybe kill two birds/save some money on the psyllium husk.

I'm think whey is probably safe and generally effective for the average consumer. I'd assume less so for really intense bodybuilders who consume it in massive quan y. As to why it's touted, well yeah, it works to build muscle and really, all sorts of stuff that's bad for you is sold/marketed to us on the premise that it'll do wonders for your appearance. Not that whey is necessarily horrible for the average guy, but yeah, I don't think it's necessarily healthy, in comparison.

Whatever though. To each his own.

be careful with excess zinc, it depletes copper, which causes neuropathy.

better to eat fresh foods with zinc rather than synthetic zinc chemicals.
