    Funny you say that but the Mavs have not played the Lake show in the playoffs since Cuban took over the team.

    When you think of the four winningest West teams during that time period you think

    Spurs
    Mavs
    Suns
    Lakers

    Since Cuban took control of the team

    Lakers and Spurs have faced off 5 times
    Suns and Spurs have met 5 times
    Spurs and Mavs have met 5 times
    Lakers and Suns have met 3 times
    Mavs and Suns have met 2 times

    Lakers and Mavs 0

    The Kings played a big part of this as well, as the Mavs met them 3 years in a row and lost to them twice
