At this point, anyone who is serious and wants to play should be pm'd the password by HH and the first 12 to join make the league. We have 5 spots available that we know of.

Oh, I see...Never played that way with waivers before. Always had the waiver priority that snakes. I don't mind the waivers.

I think the roster amount is good, but I would add a C.

PG, SG, G, SF, PF, F, C, C, UT, UT, BEN, BEN, BEN

Also, and this is just my opinion, I would advise against doing divisions. You can end up with a division that is really strong and doing no divisions gives you the same thing (top 2 teams get bye's for the playoffs), but everyone plays each other an even amount of times.

yeah, i'm not going to be able to play in the league. i joined another league for money, and i don't want to half-ass this league, which, having played w/ people like that, i know sucks. so if anyone wants to take my spot in HarlemHeat's league, go ahead.

Move the draft date to like the week before the season starts.

And FYI, I don't expect people to be active each week, but at least set your lineups. It would suck for one team move up by alot in the standings or are expected to blowout the other team just because one team did not set their lineup.

I am down to draft whenever. Once we get 12, we can all decide on everything.

Just make sure the other people who join can at least commit to set your lineups like once a week. It would suck if one team faced against a team who basically didn't start their lineup and another team had to face a compe ive team and both teams were fighting for the last playoff spot.

Well, there are no guarantees and it is implied when you join that you are going to set your rosters.

Sometimes, in fantasy, people leave guys out. It happens. But hopefully it is a minimal occurrence and not an owner that constantly does it.

Well, I've been in some leagues where they just basically gave up in the middle of the season and it's not fun. I don't mind if people don't have time to analyze who to drop and who to pick up(even trades for that matter) but just something as simple as setting lineups, (I don't know if this a week set lineup or day to day) would at least have some kind of balance.

This is a daily roster change league, but you can set your whole line up in advance. Like I said, there is no way to control if people who sign up will quit or be active. All we can do is assume they want to play and if they aren't active, we won't invite them back.

If one team gets really bad or quits, the commish can lock the team and set the line ups weekly. Even if it is just putting guys in and leaving them for weeks in advance with no changes.

If you forget to set your lineup for one week or two weeks, no biggie because some people are really that busy(I've done that too). But when it feels like you haven't been in the league for like months, then that's when it comes boring and becomes a problem for people who puts a little more effort to make it to the playoffs.
