    I hope it's Yankees and the Rangers in the next round. I would love to see the Rangers finally win a playoff series. Cliff Lee is going to have so much pressure on him in game 5. He better be able to handle it.

    I'm hoping for a Rangers-Yankees series as well because I really think the Rangers could reach the World Series if they get past Tampa to face NY...

    I'm as big a fan as any, but we are gonna get destroyed when we play NYY. The biggest issue is the bullpen. They seem to have playoff jitters and they will get eaten alive against the Yanks.

    I just wanna see this team advance for the first time ever.

    I think they would make it pretty damn compe ive with Lee and Wilson. Especially Lee, who the Yankees seem to be scared less of, and the bats just seem to come alive when the Rangers play the Yanks everytime...

    Only problem is that we'll have to face Sabathia, Pet e, and Hughes instead of Burnett, Vasquez, and whoever that other guy was we beat in Arlington.

    We'll be fine the games Cliff Lee starts but I don't have any confidence in any other starter to shut down the Yanks

    Don't Ranger fans want to see the team advance in the playoffs for the first time ever? I would rather see them get to the ALCS this year even if they get spanked by the Yankees than lose game 5 and complete the chokejob and still have never advance in the playoffs. Game 5 is the most important game of the Rangers' franchise.

    True, but Sabathia didnt quite look like himself in Game 1 of the Twins series, Pet e is OK, so is Hughes, and it was announced today that Burnett will most likely be used as the 4th starter in the ALCS.
