The only fighters I can see beating Pac or at least giving him a compe ive fight would be Mayweather, Sergio Martinez, and P-Will. P-Will's defense is but he could stay on the outside and keep Pacquiao away from him, Martinez is the best fighter at 154 he's just an overall great fighter, and Mayweather of course is just an overall beast.
