Your pretty re ed, brah. I dont think any Laker fan rips Kobe as much as I do. He simply isn't that good, and never was. The NBA is a bigs league, which is why Howard is going to win more les than anyone else this decade.

Gasol playing horribly tonight, too..it's pretty obvious the minutes have been killing him..he's in the top 5 in minutes this season, IIRC, the only big on the list..he doesn't seem like he's the type of big that can play heavy minutes like that, while having to anchor a D..

He's been playing heavy minutes for as long as he's been in LA. Finally catching up to him. LA needs Bynum pretty bad, cause Caracter(sp?) shouldn't be getting so many minutes.

Good win by the Rockets, but why is it that Kevin Martin tries to draw contact on every single shot?

I don't know if you can rest your hopes on Bynum staying healthy.

LA just has nobody to guard the basket right now..LO is not a great post defender & Gasol is looking extremely tired & lost out there lately. Caracter is a scrub.

Ppl shouldnt be too surprised anyways. Houston always gives LA a hard time for some reason even if they're missing a few players.

looking at blair this yr. it looks accurate. its just not just bynum being missed its ratliff. a damn backup is needed. tonight sure caracter gave them minutes but that just means gasol rested but odom took on more minutes

You are right but that is excuse making he has played like 5 of the last 6 ...

my team right now they my ni$$as but if they gonna play like es I will call them one and that includes Kobe ....

But LOL at that Pau MVP ... again. Pau is like Manu ...yes he makes key plays and when he plays well the team wins ...but Kobe is the duncan of our team the rock. the case is officially closed not that there realy was that strong of one ... we need bynum back, artestt o get a ing clue in the triangle, put fish on ice until the playoffs and get a fusion of some balls back ....

Didn't see the game..but I will say something is definitely wrong with this team. As I mentioned in another thread..its 2007 all over again..started off hot..and slowly dwindled into a pile of .
Best team right now are the Spurs..and I wouldn't be surprised if the Lakers lost to them also. Another thing..I am guessing every team that is considered a scrub/.500 team is going to come into Staples and not be intimidated at all. Based on the last 4 games..they know a couple of things. Lakers play NO DEFENSE and if the Lakers get a double digit lead they will lose it anyways. Ya folks Lakers got issues.

I know u frustrated and though life is complicated Laker Nation warriors must maintain composure at ease...

We have a few issues of which I will do a knowledge transfer session with the board..

Lakers are playing with a pretty much depleted front line ( not excuses just solid facts):

    • Bynum ( our youngsta stud) Out
    • Gasol heavy minutes with a hamstring injury
    • Odom bone bruise in his foot
    • Theo Ratliff knee surgery out indefinitely

So there you have it...So we've lost a few more than we anticipated but it's nothing to panic about. We don't act like Heat fan who run, hide, and cower at the first cracklings of trouble. Nor are we irrational and delusional like Hornet, Thunder, Mav, Jazz, Bull, Rocket, and Suns fan, we're definitely not pissy, spineless, and most importantly less like Spur and Boston fan. Like I said maintain your composure, we are at WAR, we may lose some battles along the way but the WAR will be won...the le path goes through El Segundo and spoils of victory shall be paraded down Figueroa.

Be like Kool and take your cue from the Emperor himself:

    After losing to the Rockets:

"Trust me we're fine," Bryant said. "Are we going to win a three-peat today? Probably not, because it’s not played today." - Kobe Bryant
