I've never walked out on a movie. Closest I came was St. Elmo's Fire, but I figured my date was enjoying it. Turned out she hated it, too.

I also fell asleep for like an hour when I took my niece to Alvin and the Chipmunks.

A lot of stuff on cable I've flipped through that I couldn't imagine watching while trapped in a theater: Napoleon Dynamite being one.

No respect for the other people in the theater, huh?
Yeah, because I was never a greater shining example of respect throughout my life than when I was sixteen years old and at the movies with my hooligan friends.

I found The Green Hornet quite amusing. Seth Rogan isn't an action hero, but he got the comedy part right.

The first CA's I was curious to see how it would turn out. The second CA's was b/c it was my wife's turn to pick a movie. LOL, I think the sequal might've been worst then the first.

The Green Hornet was one of the worst movies in the last 10 years IMHO. Seth Rogan was wrong, wrong, and wrong for the part! The movie was just playing stupid and had no substance to it. If people go to a movie to see things crash and blow up for no reason, then they'll enjoy the movie. The only funny part of the movie was the gas gun scene and the BEST PART of the movie? The END..when we got up to leave!!

I FELT like walking out of these movies but I couldn't because I was with my family, if it wasn't for them I'd have gone home:

-Shrek 3. Boring as , I liked the 1st two but idk wtf happened with this one.
-You don't mess with the Zohan (Absolutely TERRIBLE!)
-Get him to the Greek. I laughed maybe once or twice, other than that this movie en sucked, I kept waiting for something funny to happen but that moment never came.

Now I just wait to see the rating on IMDB, if it's around 7.0 and above I'll go see it.

I ALWAYS wait around a week after the movie is released to go see it, I don't have to deal with all the traffic or a crowded theater plus I won't waste my money on a crappy movie after seeing the rating on IMDB.

    I only walked out once.

When we were in high school, mardigan (former Spurstalk regular) and I took a couple of girls to go see 6 Days and 7 Nights. During the movie, mardigan starts playing double bass beats with his feet on of one of those rails behind the handicapped section where there's no seats. Being the goliath that he is, he actually kicks the entire rail out of the ground and it comes crashing down loudly on the cement, during a completely quiet part of the movie. With the attention of the entire theater on us at that point, mardigan casually picks up this huge piece of rail, places it against the wall and we all proceed to walk out. The movie was absolute so it all worked out for the best.
    Hahaha I forgot about that.

How can one tell if they are watching a bad Nic Cage movie?

    Nic Cage is in it.
If it doesn't have Sean Connery in it... The Rock was awesome. Even Nic couldn't ruin it.
