Thus far every article OCD posts confirms my theory of the social cure. If you test IQ in areas of the globe where there are socio-economic disparities then you should naturally judge that learning on subjective basis. The arguments I assume, assume that blacks were being judged on an equal playing field, even an OCD sufferer should know better than this. Whites suppressed blacks for centuries in the learning / scientific fields, then they pulled out the # 2 pencil to test. Back then and even today socio-economic factors I assume will always be the culprit...however, I'm very confident that both Tyson and Midget are of a lesser intelligence and social class than I am. Affirmation action may get you through the door if you have good test scores but it won't keep you there unlike legacy based admissions.

And conversely, you don't know the specifics of the conditions under which the African and African American subjects were tested. So we both only have conjecture on that front. For all I know, African schools could be great.

But we do have the scores, and they state that African Americans have the lowest IQ among US citizens and that sub-Saharan Africans have an IQ 23 points below the world average.
