Wait. Don't we have the deepest team in the league? Jazz starters are playing back to back. We should give them a tough game, regardless of who wins.
I think Duncan and Ginobili stayed home. I'm gonna LMFAO if the Spurs beat the Jazz in SLC without Timmy or Manu.

Plus the Jazz aren't anywhere near full strength. Bell and Howard have been down for a while now. Neither Miles (calf) nor Watson (knee) finished last night's game. Lastly, Millsap missed yesterday's shootaround with some sort of illness. He played last night, but was terrible.

Could be a win-win, then...rest players AND get the W.

Yeah, I hear those Momo girls really deliver the goods. Please report back and let us know if she let you hold her hand. Do they even sell beer at Jazz games?
Contrary to Popular belief and WIDELY misunderstood about us "Momo's" (WTFreak?!)

We kiss and hold hands, and make out, we (those of us in the highest standing of the Churches standards) just don't engage in pre-marital sex. Oral or other.

Now as this ISN'T a religious thread - let ALONE forum, I'll entertain any questions about the "Momo's" aka "Mormon" Church in an email IF anyone wants to know anything about it. Don't worry I won't try to 'convert you'. I'm very well-versed in the Church and it's Doctrine.

By the way, we're called "Latter-Day Saints" OR LDS. We believe 100% in Jesus Christ and God the Father.

Anyone that mocks the LDS faith doesn't know enough about it.

Did not see Duncan, Ginobili or Parker get off of the Spurs' bus at the arena just now.

If this is true, then it's gonna be a total tankfest.

Would love to see the bench squeak out a win, though. That would rule!

If the Spurs' bench wins in Utah, where a Heat (albeit without Chris Bosh) and 100% Thunder team couldn't, I don't know what will turn heads.

Popovich on Duncan, Parker and Manu not making the trip: "It's pretty much a no-brainer, if you look at our schedule."

Smiling, Popovich also reported that George Gervin, David Robinson and Avery Johnson did not make the trip, either.

Why the did he forbid anyone to talk about it if it's a no brainer, he had Manu lie to the press and get embarassed when Sjax yelled that he would see him in two days for what exactly? Did he bet big on the game or something?

I hope Jax drops at least 20+ tonight.

I think this game is still winnable, our bench is THAT good.

Given your screen name, did you forget to put that in blue?

Anyhow, this could be a fun game to watch. Any guesses on starters? I'm going to guess Blair, Splitter, Green, Leonard, Mills with Jax playing at least 30 min off the bench and leading us in scoring. He basically has a free pass to dominate the game offensively tonight.

The spread has clicked up to Spurs +3.5. Tempted to put a small wager on the Spurs to cover that...

Patty time. Let's see if he can rebound from his only sub par game as a Spur.

I'd say Diaw, Blair, Leonard, Green, and Mills starting with Anderson added to the second unit. Keeps as many players as possible in their normal roles.

    Why are you so mad?
Because that's ridiculous to me, usually TP has no filter and on his radio show a few hours earlier I could tell that he made a conscious effort not to tell anything. Manu as I said was embarassed because Pop asked them to keep it secret.

Looks like a pointless CIA Pop power trip to me. In the PO I understand information control but for this game...

My guess is that the league has send a memo to teams asking them to hide until the last minute when a player wont play for rest reasons.

The league doesn't like when teams tank games. It's bad for TV ratings and attendances. The hiding strategy help both.
