He had plenty of time to tell them what to do in either of the three situations, being down either 1, 2, or 3. I think Conley just the bed.
Even if he makes 1 out of 2, a 3 would have won it. Either way, Hollins would have used whatever little time he had to plan for the worst case scenario. Idiotic of Conley to stop his drive, take a couple of dribbles and hand it off to Gay who had Foye all over him.
