    28. SAN ANTONIO -- Ian Mahinmi 6-10 220 F-C STB LeHavre (France). Word is the Spurs have him in their sights. At 18, he's got room to grow and would have a great teacher in Tim Duncan.
Very interesting. Most mocks don't have him drafted in the first round.

    Could be a surprise pick.

does anybody else think that Derron Williams is way too slow to make it in the nba? Maybe its just next to Tony and Manu he looks like a snail, but I think Chris Paul is a far better choice.

Speedy Claxton must be wondering what could have been had he just stayed put in SA and not gone seeking a starting job elsewhere -- everywhere he's gone, that team has gone looking for a replacement starter.

The West just got tougher with the 2 Top PGs going to Utah and New Orleans.

Jeez, Brevin Knight was getting 10 assists evertime I checked the boxscores. But of course, they were not winning many games.

This is the point where I thought the draft would start mixing it up a bit. Martell Webster going at number 6 to Portland. Will this shake up some plans for others now?
