There is definitely still way more "hate crimes" against blacks than any other race IMO, but I don't think there is just a nominal number of anti-white crimes either (although statistically it's probably a large gap). Keep in mind though - not all hate crimes vs blacks are perpetrated by whites.

But going along these lines, I don't think "hate crimes" overall is an issue that is crazy (even if within those numbers the percentages are heavily weighted one way or another). Compared to overall crimes I don't think "hate crimes" classify as a large percentage but I don't really know.
