You know what gives away that you're not really a Laker fan? When was the last time we've ever had a defensive stopper at the 1? You should know, if you're a Laker fan, that we're at least happy Nash gets some back on the offensive end. Nash gives no more no less than what Fisher gave us on the defensive end, but Nash is 10x the player Fish is on the offensive end. So it's an upgrade anyway you slice it.
Truly sick and tired of all the talk about Nash's defense. Anyone who harps on his defense obviously has not been watching Lakers basketball for the past decade. All you guys trash his defense as if the Lakers had someone supreme defensively prior to Nash. WE NEVER DID!!! SO NOTHING HAS CHANGED!!! But one thing for dang sure changed is on the offensive end, this is the best offensive PG the Lakers have ever had going back to a prime Nick Van Excel.
Sure, nitpick Kobe and Dwight's game all you want. What are you going to do trade them both? Maybe it's not a good team, not good chemistry, but even a bad team has their top players. So I still stand by my statement.. On this "bad team," the three guys who are the least aweful are Kobe, Dwight and Nash. LOL! There, is that wording better for you?
