If you guys are going to defend Pop so much at least agree with him for the reasons Splitter didn't start. Pop has made it clear when he's been asked about Splitter not starting earlier is because Splitter was injured so much. Pop has never said Splitter didn't start because he wasn't skilled enough or tough enough. In fact he's said the exact opposite and said Splitter hasn't really improved and that he's just doing the same things he was doing in Europe and that the only difference is he isn't injured so much.

Where did Pop say Splitter has not improved?

Pop majored in sarcasm, so I would like to see the context of the quote.

Your conclusion would be that Pop did not play him for what reason?
