you're taking it out of the contest tbh, the bench 5 when all toghether, to me it's a ty lineup. f they are paired with at least one of the starters, well that's a whole different story..
    But that's completely off-base.

The Mills-Belinelli-Ginobili-Ayres-Diaw lineup has a net rating of +15.4. That means they outscore the opposing team by 15.4 points per 100 possessions. That's insane for a bench.

There's literally no argument for our bench lineup being average, much less " ty".

This game would have been over in the first half had more of our guys gone to the rim more frequently. We look like we are afraid of getting hurt by this young, strong and athletic team, so we just sit back and shoot three after three after three.

    Too much one-one-one basketball.

I know he's always been that way, I just want to know why. Only he could really answer that I guess.

I agree, I was thinking the same thing. Our 6-10 guys are very good for their roles, but when they're all playing at the same time (the "B team"), they look like...well, a B team.

But I literally just disproved that theory. Unless you're counting Ginobili or Diaw as "starters", in which case, you're arguing that our 8th-11th best players aren't A-team level players...?

    STOP THE PRESSES.

you speak like a team is forced to play the bench for half an hour a game.. and you said you don't agree with anything and now you agree that they are limited.. I just think playing that many players with limitations, makes us a lot more vulnerable and there is no need for that.

Yep, no need to play the bench. Especially, for 30 minutes a game.

    Good grief.

same reason for why shaq couldn't hit a ft even if paid. Real Bigs that aren't born with soft hands have a lot less sensitivity in their hands, that may be even untrainable or close to.

well no, there is no need for that. I think it's pretty much established that green, kawhi and tiago do not play enough minutes for their age and talent.

We shot 8% of our threes in the first half.

We are, except for Tiago and Kawhi, having a lousy shooting night.

Damn, Duncan looks like he has dropsy. That's the fourth time I've seen him rolling on the floor tonight.

Duncan's offense has trailed off a bit since the Miami game. Not close to as bad as it was at the beginning of the season, but hopefully he'll regain the form he had against the Heat soon.
