Yeah, maybe because 70% of it's watchers are viewing the game on a 5 inch monitor under a cardboard hut outside their box house
That feeling you're experiencing now is the excitement of a World Cup match of the biggest sport in history. Soak it all up.

The word cup is using the newest 4k resolution Sony F55 câmeras, the same a handful hollywood movies were filmed until today. The american TV can broadcast all games at 1080p at least? By the last time I saw it, that was a lame 1080i and not even all games. ing third world of television.

It's not like any soccer fans can afford a 4K television. US soccer fans tend to be Mexican and poor. While 95% of the soccer fans around the world are from developing countries and live in huts or favelas.

Soccer is the most popular sport. It has fans in Switzerland, Sweden and Nigeria, Bolívia. The only contry wich can view the broadcast at 4k is Japan. But 1080p television are affordable nowadays, even the poor can afford it, at least in Brazil and Argentina, the most relevant South american countries in soccer.
