This year's Spurs remind me somewhat of the 2010 Spurs, the first year we acquired Jefferson. The starters would invariably play lackluster basketball and trail to begin the game, but the 2nd unit would pick up the slack and regain the lead.

Yes, when you're dedicating $15 MILLION per year to a player they are to be held at a much higher standard than everyone else, they must have a huge role in the team, it's not hard to understand. Payton was scoring easily on Parker who was playing defense, doesn't even matter if he's streaky because the shots he gave him most could make lol.
