Spurs have their struggles vs. stretch 4s/shooting bigs, tbh..Anderson getting hot could be huge, although I absolutely hate his game(as I've said here before)..
Rather see Ajinca get minutes over Anderson. Ajinca has been much better this season.

Agreed...difference between 2nd seed and 6th is so drastic. Would suck to win 21 of our last 25 games and still have to play the Clippers without HCA in the 1st round.
However, if we lose, and Memphis loses, we'd get 5th...and I could live with that.
Vegas adjusted the Pacers-Grizzlies line to Pacers -2
They're pretty confident that the Spurs are going to win, it seems..
He's been absolute since he had neck surgery last season. At least before he was super efficient because of his 3-point shooting, but now he's just an average shooting stretch four who can't defend or rebound. Plus, he's dependent on ball movement which can be a problem with Evans on the floor. At least Ajinca can provide defense, rebounding, and scoring. His efficiency numbers are 2nd best on the team behind Davis.
Let's win this ing game and get the 2 seed!!!!!!!!![]()
Jrue Holiday is active tonight...unfortunate, he's a pretty solid defender and could really give Parker issues. At least he'll likely be on a minutes restriction.
Sucks he can't start full-time yet. His presence would allow Tyreke to be in the 6th man role. However he and Cole bring alot of perimeter defense off the bench.
5th seed would be okay but I want that 2nd seed.![]()
The Spurs' bench will light up Cole tbh. They abused him in Miami in the last two Finals. Holiday will be worrisome tho.
You probably are most likely right when it comes to the spurs chance of repeating but even without HCA there's still a chance they can still pull it off granted it will be super hard to do. After 5 I feel anything else is just icing on the cake.
Out of curiosity, how do Pelicans fans feel about the Noel trade in hindsight? Dude has looked pretty damn solid in the 2nd half of the season, and he just turned 21...Davis/Noel duo would be deadly. Jrue is great and all, but looking back on it, they should've kept Noel.
Parker or KAwhi version?
Welp, apparently Splitter might be out the first round (according to Bill Land)..
Probably depends on matchups. The Blazers are beat up but Splitter is absolutely necessary in that series. Clippers too tbh.
!!!!
They're bring on the Atlanta Hawks game....even though the TV guide says SA vs. NO. Somebody PM your a stream pronto....
I think Bonner could be useful in this game, pulling Davis and Asik to the perimeter for some stretches.
He's out with a calf strain too. Don't worry though, they still have Errors.
Guys it's not just the second seed that's at stake. If we lose Duncan is barred from the Hall of Fame. They put him in the WNBA Hall. As as Janitor for life.
KAwhi will probably decide to leave based on this game. It's actually a clause in his contract, lose the last game of the season and he's a UFA.
Pop will relapse into wine fueled alcoholism (and turn into George Karl).
Patty Mills shoulder will fall off
Matty B will lose his elite post skills
Tony Parker won't give a , he'll talk to Davis about joining him in New York.
Splitter will decide he's better suited to Spanish League Ballet
Bobo will eat himself full of gumbo and be accidentally caught by a whaler while chilling at the beach.
Another Girl will join the coaching staff. Probably Amy.
Manu will suffer from the curse of the bats as the prophesy reads "he who fall to the water sucking bird be slave of the bats"
Kobe will magically heal himself to 2004 levels of strength.
THIS IS THE MOST IMPORTANT GAME IN MY LIFE
Smh so it will end up being another month of it still hurts and him playing his worst ball when he comes back.
The NBA player that shouldn't be in the NBA. Hopefully Baynes is locked in.
NBA has to help the Spurs tonight, right? They already proved they want OKC in...
Spurs need to handle them quickly and not risk an injury
