Especially if the Spurs are going after LA or Gasol they will not go up in the draft appreciably. Their pick right now carries about a $1 million cap hold. The higher the pick the higher the hold. There should be good value at the 26th pick. Most mocks have Anderson and Lucas available at 26, both of which could be fine additions.

He states that the Spurs' plight is to give Kawhi the max (given) and re-sign Tim (another given) In the article, it says that once KL and Tim are re-signed, they will try and recruit LMA. I thought Duncan never did this sort of thing? Obviously this has to be an assumption as the Spurs have not informed anyone yet that Tim is coming back.
