and actually mookster, if it's the rich your mad at, tahoes are not the vehicle of choice. when you think about it, you only have to be making about 30-40 thousand a year to afford a brand new tahoe, and NOT be strapped by bills of course...i gues that's rich to you...the vehicles you should really be targeting are range rovers, escalades, and even denalis...pricier forms of the tahoe...also hummers of course...i mean...those should be your evil vehicle of choice cuz they drink gas like Shaivo would drink h2o.
and why stop at sports utilities, what about all those V12 sports cars out there, you got the aston martin vanquish...i bet you boycott all james bond movies dont'cha?

We are getting so much traffic through here frm Houston and Galveston that we are out of gas just about. It took me 1 hr to take my son to school today since I have to get on Hwy 6 North from my house. The traffic was stalled in all 3 lanes....it is a madhouse here.
There is not water, batteries, etc left in any stores, my wife had to wait in line over an hour at the checkout lines at Kroger.
My son's football game which was moved from Friday night to Thursday night was postponed now...

My boss got here with her mom from Victoria in a little under 3 hours, between 7-10am. Is that bad?
Normally takes ~2 hours. Maybe a little more. Given the conditions thats kinda good. My mom got to Austin in a little over 2 hours, and she stopped a couple times. Normally it takes 2 hours.
The thing about Victoria, is that it takes ~2 hours to get to every major city except Dallas/FW of course
It is taking 24 hrs to get from Hoston to Dallas on I45, normally it is less than 4 hrs for that trip.
They are opening the southbound lanes to all go North which should help.
I heard about htat on the radio. That's somethin, huh. This one dude on WOAI was talking to a reporter from their sister station in Houston, and he was saying how he and his wife and family are staying. Yet the WOAI guy had been saying these past weeks how its stupid to risk lives to save people stupid enough to stay in Katrina's path.
So the WOAI guy was like get out you idiot. The other guy was like traffic's too bad, and theres no gas in Houston, all the stores are closed.
