They won't. BOB will double as OC and HC next year per reports. Fml.

Other news...Vrabel has been promoted to DC. Great move to hang on to him. Might wind up being HC eventually if things keep going to . Crennell will stay on as an associate HC. He probably didn't want to with taking another job so they just made a position for him so they could go ahead and transition Vrabel to DC and give him a raise so another team doesn't come calling.
