I wouldn't worry. The paint has been shut down with LMA/Kawhi/Pau so far. That is what matters. Just like Tim, Pau will struggle with being stretched out of the paint. However, Spurs were still easily the best defensive team despite that flaw.

I don't know if he is though. maaaaybe defensively, but DG is so good on that end, has great awareness, and his ability to chase down folks might be 2nd to none at his position.

Offensively they're so different. Simmons is probably similar in that he's ok with spotting up and shooting, but he's not as strong defensively lol

They'll just have to figure it out the first few weeks. The starting unit (if Anderson starts) will have poor floor spacing, but hopefully he'll be more aggressive and having an additional playmaker on the court helps.

Anderson HAS to start shooting 3's. Even just to shoot them. I know he's thinking about the best thing to do, but he needs to vacate that sometimes and just fling it when he has an ounce of space.
