Did little redding on the matter.
That is obvious.
Seems like Patriots are still able to keep Butler, or be well compensated.
Hightower meeting with Steelers. That sucks
There are so many angles that this can work either way. But no matching Saints offer by Pats - means rape.

Hawks sure do love injury prone RBs. They are still planning on meeting with Jamaal Charles too![]()
Jerry is having a staring contest with both Denver and Houston trying to get a pick for Romo, but neither team is blinking because they won't take his contract. He needs to just quit ing around and release him so we can get on with things.
Jerry keeps thinking he's Belichick![]()
Jerry can afford to wait, tbh. June 1st if he has to.
If we're going to wait past free agency, we might as well eat all the money in 2017 so that will be over with instead of stealing some from next year.
If I was Jerry Id say it and be an asshole and just keep Romo for when Dak hits that sop re wall.
Hightower back with New England. I guess the cupcakes the Jets baked him weren't that great.
Hightower 43,5/4 with 19 guaranteed. That includes home discount, no doubt. Great offseason, still 20 mil under the cap. Wow
Still can cut Amendola and extend Solder.
This is actually shaping to be a great offseason. Sad about losing Ryan, but good for him to be making some money now. Gotta keep Butler.
Trade Butler to the Saints for the 1st rounder we gave them, then sign Revis.
raiders have been taking it slow, as predicted. they need to preserve maximum flexibility because carr and mack are going to get extensions either this summer or next.
- glad they didn't re-sign latavius. i like that the RB market has been dead, so maybe we can get peterson on a reasonable short term deal. i said on page 1 i dont want to pay big money for him, and i stand by that. but his market has been weak, and the raiders make the most sense for him.
- cordarrelle patterson was a nice signing. with jalen richard looking ready to have a bigger role on offense, it's good to have a kick return specialist. patterson has been one of the better return guys for a while now, and he can be a nice gadget player too. unlike minnesota, the raiders wont be forced to thrust him into a role he's not capable of, since we already have cooper/crabtree
- apparently there's interest in jared cook. not a fan of this at all tbh. he cant block and has been boom or bust as a receiver. our passing offense is good enough as is, and he's probably going to be overpriced.
- zach brown at linebacker makes a TON of sense, if they're able to pull the signing off. he visited yesterday and is expected to go back to the team facility today. lets get that one done.
- dontari poe is also expected to make a visit soon. this would be my favorite signings, and is one i pointed to on page 1 as a target. he's not coming off his best year, but apparently he's looking for a short term "prove it" deal which is ideal for both sides, keeping him motivated and in shape, and he's shown to be a great player when that happens. signing him should be accompanied with the cutting of dan williams, who had a disappointing 2016 after a really strong 2015.
- re-signing perry riley makes a lot of sense, so they should get on that
- beyond that, just look for a small time CB prospect, maybe a sterling moore. draft the rest.

Raiders just lost Murray to the Vikings lol
Which is why the first thing I said was "glad they didn't re-sign latavius" lol
Dontari Poe to the falcons. i like that it's a 1 year deal with him, they should get good play out of him
Jonathan Hankins now becomes the best DT available
I didn't want him on the jags either. I want Fournette. But I'll be happy with Solomon or Allen.
damn, raiders signed jared cook. not a fan of that one. he's better than walford, but i fear the contract is going to be expensive...
edit: he got 2 years for 12 mil with the first year being guaranteed for 5 mil. not as bad as i expected based on the deal he allegedly turned down with GB

The billies are in trouble. Another AFC team that hasn't been relevant for forever (quite a handful of those) They have among the worst starting QBs in the league and now no backup. They still have a solid running game but lost some big chess pieces on defense.
My Niners can only suck for so long. Free agents......big deal. We need another 4 good drafts. To go from where we once were to this, it hurts.
Beast mode probably unretire to join Oakland
lynch is a better pass protector and receiver than peterson... but he's been out of the league for a year and was injured the year before that. i'd trust peterson more, but looks like he's pricing himself out of the market.
Irvin is a situational pass rusher from the weakside linebacker spot. So that's comparing bananas to plantains. I was talking about Jihad and that other guy. Mayowa is better
