Not really. After they let Carmelo go they were still pretty mediocre for a while, then Harden went supernova and they started to pull some wins. Lately they have gone back to mediocreball.

Yeah, but when one of them is missing (and Gay will be missing tons of games throughout the season) having Carmelo is better than having Cunningham or Pondexter.
Rather Pop throw Lonnie in for those 2 re vets, but yea, can't argue that Melo isn't better than dumb and dumber.
JB knew to run at Mills and Forbes every time down the floor. Imagine Melo with those two playing D together. Opponents might roll the odometer past 200 on us.
