There is not everywhere but there are homeless everywhere. The can be found in Tenderloin, South of Market (where the startups are, and the baseball stadium), and some parts of the Mission. But the best neighborhoods (to visit as a tourist, or live) are Hayes Valley, Pacific Heights, and Mission (specifically, Valencia). North Beach, Union St. (Cow Hollow), and Polk St ("Polk Gulch") are also popular and have lots of eye candy. But the tourists always go to stupid like Fisherman's Wharf and Market St/Union Square. That's where you find a lot of homeless too.
The rest of the neighborhoods in SF are bedroom communities.

at team R pretending there is just everywhere on the streets and sidewalks of San Fran. I would venture most of you have never even been there. I went to San Fran recently for business and couldn’t seem to find any of this and piss that team R is speaking about. Could one of you worldly gentlemen let me know where to find it?
