I guess if the Raps can make Dennis an offer he can't refuse like say a front office position, or that condo developer who offered Leonard that Condo for life offers Dennis the same kinda deal I think he would tell Leonard he has to stay. But like you said, Leonard is a emotionless robot who feels nothing. If Dennis says stay in Toronto he stays, if Dennis says let go then Leonard will roll. He seems not to really care either way.
He probably would go and sign with a losing team not going anywhere if the incentives were good enough for Dennis's liking.
