ing Aldridge can't feel the double team coming, and basically threw the ball into the backcourt. Griz miss the shot on the break, Spurs get it back, and Aldridge throws a pass out of bounds when there's a guy wide open in the corner.

He's made a lot of shots tonight. Everything else is pretty much vintage.
When the shooting bug really bites LMA, I don’t think it matters to him whether the shots fall. We are just lucky when they do.

Spurs are garbage, giving up 61 points in a half against he Grizzlies. Of course about 20 of those points are on Beli and Bryn, but that had to be expected

Lyles has that in him. IDK why people ever lumped him in with inelli or Forbes.

Can someone tell me what Lonnie has done so bad other then make some rookie mistakes like any other rookie has done in the NBA to not even get to sniff the floor?

Rather see the young players. Don't care about wins and losses anymore.

    Not watching the game tonight.

I am over watching LaMarcus and DeMar. Doing so is boring and pointless. The team can't compete with any other significant team. Meanwhile, we don't play the exciting younger players, despite them having no chance of making us lose any worse than we usually do.

Just don't see the point of watching.

    No reason to watch.
LMA is fun tonight. Agree on the rest though.

He's a young guy learning to be a pro. He needs to sit and learn from Marco aka the compe or aka the professional.

    1. There was nobody to pass it to, the spacing was bull

    2. Murray dribbled the ball out of bounds

When Aldridge is double teamed the other players have to give him an outlet or cut to the rim
Go re-watch it. I just did, in case I missed something. Bryn is WIDE open in the corner. Aldridge just threw the ball away. Bryn was able to get a hand on it, but the shot opportunity was gone. All he had to do was deliver a half-assed pass. He all but threw it out of bounds, and there was no pressure.

I'll give you the spacing on that other play, but Aldridge was way too late noticing that someone was coming over to double. The spacing didn't leave him a clean lane to pass, but that doesn't make his play any less pathetic.

You're looking at it the wrong way. Remember in the Duncan days we would take games for granted especially easy expected wins. Sometimes we wouldn't even bother to watch knowing the outcome.
This season every game is basically up for grabs. It gives you new appreciation for when they do actually win. Tonight for example. It was a fun half to watch with everyone not from Italy having a decent performance.

He would probably learn more from a tree stump then he ever could from Belli TBH

That's a solid B for Marco, because it's all we can really expect out of him.

But I know this win is just Aldridge hitting weakness fadeaways. That's exactly why I'm not watching.

If it was Lonnie going off, I would be tuned in.

The team is no good and yet somehow I'm also deprived of watching young developing guys, which is usually the upside of watching bad teams.

Lonnie is not a young player. He's a bench ornament.
