Kawhi's offense has devolved into just jumping into dudes and screaming at the refs. Like watching Kobe play

Clips could be looking at 0-2 if K-Por doesn't get tossed in Game 1. Kawhi, should've stayed in Toronto.
I said that all summer. Siakam Van Fleet and Lowry are more reliable just not as flashy as teammates on Clippers or Lakers.

Carlisle might be the best coach in the NBA. Can Mavs close this gane out?
When Jam and Harlem said that Mavs have No advantages BEFORE the series started I pointed to three ...
    1. Luka is dat dude he is like a Magic/Bird hybrid
    2. KP is soft but he is mismatch ...
    3. And I said I would take RC over Doc everyday and twice on Sundays

Clipps may blow them out in Game 3 or win this series in 6 or less but I just didn't see this mismatch that everyone else did ...even if clipps win in 5 there will be at least two more close games.

Also they don't have Paul George, which is addition by subtraction.

I figured so. With the challenge rule, teams have no room to be ing about the officiating.
Supposedly Macs wanted to challenge but the T interrupted the process and they were out of time at hat point

Also, the challenge rule has a bunch of limits, starting with their has to be a call on the floor to challenge. Of that whole sequence (zubac fouls porzingis no call, bad call on block, technical foul) Mavs couldn't challenge anything I'd they wanted though they would have been right to challenge all 3

(Just like pop couldn't challenge embiid scoring after the shot clock)

Plus even if they challenged and won the technical foul wouldnt be cancelled so its a pointless discussion really

Kawhi wanted to live in LA. If you're saying "should've stayed in Toronto" but supported his decision to leave SA, you're not being consistent. He was never going to stay in Toronto for the same reason he was never going to stay in SA.

Say what you will about Paul George, but I respect the guy. He came back from one of the most gruesome injuries in basketball history and worked his way up to All-NBA first team. He'll never carry a team to a championship, and that's why his proper role is a sidekick to someone like Kawhi.

So nobody is going to talk about the blatant cheating going on by Silver and the refs? Throws out Kristaps for nothing and Luka picks up 5 fouls in game two? Lots of crickets by the mainstream media

his proper role is certainly a sidekick, but not to someone like kawhi since they are the same player. neither can run an offense or knows how to control a game with anything other than iso scoring. he needs to play with someone who knows how to control a game, the same way kawhi had lowry in toronto, and played 4th fiddle in san antonio behind tp, manu and timmy

Don't think we are winning the series as you guys are still the better team.

But I don't pick us to get swept if I knew Bev was missing significant time, either...He is really the glue guy for you and very much underrated.

I see your point, but in this case they're both generalists (good at everything), so I still think it can work well. It would be worse if they were both specialists in the same skills - then you have redundancy. As far as "controlling" the game, well...there are many ways to control a game. When Kawhi is wreaking havoc on both ends of the court, I would say that's controlling the game.

Keyword doubtful. I would not be surprised if this is some gamesmanship and Beverly ends up playing in game 3.

I was referring to the offense. For example in the finals last year, anytime offensive momentum was lost, it was usually Lowry getting things settled and creating a bucket, not kawhi.
