So he did but that final Wemby shot was clearly a body foul.
Most of the night the lean was in favor of the Kings.

Good game overall, tbh. Valuable lessons for Wemby...Sabonis and Monk were a handful for him and he did more than alright but he will learn to do the drop coverage and avoiding pump fakes near the rim, better. Very good game by Vassell.
Sochan, Jones did well and Keldon recovered after a bad start. Wesley wasn't all bad and Branham wasnt a complete disaster. Zollins was terrible per par, though and his disastrous season continues. But overall, a pretty good game by the undermanned Spurs.
Yeah. What's with Barlow? I thought the kid was showing signs of sticking in the NBA. I guess Pop wants to showcase Zollins to set him up for a trade in the offseason. No other reason to keep playing him
Zollins hit a 3 on 1/19 against Charlotte, and one on 1/24 against OKC. He is now 2 for 26 this year.
Anybody recall the good ol’ days when Zollins was going to start at C with Wemby, and help spread the floor for him? Seems a million years ago now.
Can't sign him until they buy Morris out, but guess they're going to make him give up a lot of money if he wants a buyout in time to join a playoff roster after the way he ed the team over.

Otherwise I like how he adpted his defense on Sabonis and stop bitting at every moves, I'd have expected him to have remembered their last confrontation. In the end Sabonis just quit and passed

Both Sabonis & Fox are all stars. The West is just so stacked... to think Scottie Barnes got selected in the East...

There are other players around, not only on the Spurs, who are less deserving of a regular NBA contract, imo.
Collins is a walking glory hole to opponents out on the court. The way teams are going after him is insane.
