I wouldn;t mind the 7th seed, but dang, it would be sweet for the Lakers to miss the playoffs.

why are you concerned about the 2 seed? I think it's fine either way.

I'd much rather have home court against the Suns if we can get it. I'm not taking that series for granted like some people. I think the easiest way to dictate tempo is to be at home. I'm not so convinced we can play as well defensively as we did last time in SA, in their building. And who knows how physical the refs will let us be over there?

oh ok, gotcha.

I think Barkley made a comment about how having homecourt against a powerhouse is more in your favor, and yeah, in Phoenix, i'm sure the Spurs have to be that much more careful about not letting the Suns get the crowd pumped. Either way, I 'm pretty confident in the Spurs regardless, but homecourt would increase our chances of getting control of that series.
