Beno > Horry ... in terms of consuming breakfast tacos and picking up latinas.
Ely looks pretty good. Not spectacular but a whole lot better than last game.
just noticed: Spurs 5 assists and 6 TO for the 1st half![]()

I looked at his game log. The last time he played 25+ was December 31 @ Utah. That's not this calender year now is it?
and it's you're wrong.
What should I expect from a carney who doesn't know the difference between "your" and "you're," right?
Keep going to the carny smack, like it bothers me or something.
Well when you get out of the basement you post from under your parent's floor then you can talk there asshat.
You totally miss the point. Now you're trying to tell me that game 82 of the regular season when we had nothing to play for except some artificial team win record that means nothing is more important than the Portland game this year where we were still in the hunt for the 2 seed. If game 82 was so important last year, how come Pop wasn't playing his starters going for it?
Pop started Udrih I believe, and played him HEAVY minutes.
Pop WANTED Udrih to play well so he could play him in the playoffs.
he ignored that game and STILL played him vs Sacramento.
Beno was acomplete bust and a failure.
Pop did nothing.Pop ruined Beno's confidence forever last year by playing a complete reject has been in Van Exel over him
Beno played himself out of the job and HAD to go to Van Exel because BENO was THAT ing bad.
Once again.
Watch the games clown.
Beno just sucks. Pop didn't ruin anything. Beno has been out of shape since the second half of his rookie season. He just doesn't care.
Pop has given Beno the chance to win the starting job ... but he continually got beat out by NVE and now Vaughn. The fact that Beno has stayed off the inactive list all season goes to show you how much Pop has tried to baby Beno.
It just doesn't work because Beno doesn't give a crap.
Yeah but Horry only had one shot and one game thoughI believe it was 21 points.
Oh and 15 in Game 7.![]()
Thank you.Beno just sucks. Pop didn't ruin anything. Beno has been out of shape since the second half of his rookie season. He just doesn't care.

case closed.
Aaron loses again.
haha nah man, I'm not ripping you at all. I was just curious on what caused you to change your mind about the series outcome, that's all
and timvp, i sent you a private message about the spurs-mavs series, but i'm sure you've been pretty busy lately. just reminding you about it
I don't like how Finley has turned a bit chilly here lately.....
When he went to the line, someone said make a pair, and he thought they said drink some "pear".Is Beno drunk? He can't catch a pass and is hitting the side of the backboard on free throws.
You guys gotta give Barry more credit. The fact that he is playing bad in this game doesn't mean anything. Look at the rest of the season as an indicator. Look how much better he is compared to the last two seasons; without a doubt I can say that his play of the regular season will carry into the playoffs.
someone should've grow a pair.
score?
Francisco says "not in my neighborhood"
Yay or Nay on Cisco should do the finger wag![]()
Denver is in trouble. Blake's legs are gone, and he's hitting the front of the rim.
nice little move by Elson. Didn't know he had that in him
watch the dallas game again. You guys gotta give Barry more credit. The fact that he is playing bad in this game doesn't mean anything. Look at the rest of the season and see how much better he is Barry compared the last two seasons; without a doubt I can say that his play of the regular season will carry into the playoffs
Thats alllll you need to know about him...
Whatever TPark, continue to blatantly lie and exaggerate what I say. I never said Beno > Horry.
Here is my quote, right here:
No, Horry is the better player, but I'm not holding my breath for either one to contribute a lot in the playoffs.
But you read it how you want.
What I'm saying is I don't understand what old man Horry's accomplishments in '05 have to do with '07. Dude shot .360 this year and that doesn't inspire confidence.
As for Beno, he played very well most of last regular season when NVE was hurt. But the last month NVE got back into shape and Pop played him down the stretch and Beno was back to riding the pine. Pop even said that they signed NVE to be the backup PG in the playoffs and nothing Beno did was going to change that. He told Beno that before the '06 season even started.
Also Pop admitted that playing NVE was a mistake last year. So I assume he'd have played Beno unless he meant Tony should have played 48 or Brent would be the backup PG.
That's the most egregious thing about Beno. I can think of at least three D-Leaguers who still haven't been called up I would rather have than Beno because, though they may be less talented, I've seen them do nothing but bust ass all season. I've seen Beno bust a couple of backboards and waistbands, but that's about it.Beno doesn't give a crap.
Horry 19 minutes, 8 points 4 boards.
Only needs 6 more minutes and he matches what I predicted.
Good lord Im good![]()
link to that article please?Pop even said that they signed NVE to be the backup PG in the playoffs and nothing Beno did was going to change that. He told Beno that before the '06 season even started.
