SCARY Trailer Before Transformers

Last time (and one of the only times) this truly worked with intended effect was in Children of Men towards the end.

I just hope that there is not a "hero" who discovers how to defeat the monster. That's always the case in monster movies. Another thing I want to see is total distruction by the monster. In other words there is only one thing in the monsters mind and that's to destroy everything and everyone!! I don't want it to be a Godzilla or King Kong type movie where people feel sorry for the thing after awhile.

I realize that everyone has their own taste in movies and just b/c I like a movie doesn't mean everyone else has to like it too, but could it be that you didn't know who the Transformers were? Have you heard or seen the cartoon back in the 80's- 90's? Just asking!

I heard it's supposed to be some kind of whale looking monster. Trailer looks good, I'll be going to see it.

So the plot is basically they find this amphibian splooge, make it into a slushy, people drink slushy, the slushy becomes an alien a la Alien, they combine to form a giant monster, people die, people regroup, people kill monster

Speaking of trailers, while watching the Bulls vs Blazers game, they showed the Rambo trailer on TNT. Looked SWYEET!
